Our Alumni: Carriers of Culture Across Generations
Established in 1976, Sarba Bharatiya Sangeet O Sanskriti Parishad has walked a glorious path of nearly five decades. What began as a humble cultural initiative has today blossomed into one of the largest platforms for Indian classical and folk art education — both in India and abroad.
Over the years, our reach has grown beyond boundaries, and so has our family. Today, we are proud to say that our alumni network has grown to nearly 20 million students and counting. From early learners in rural India to trained artists performing on global stages — our alumni are the true reflection of our vision and legacy.
They are not just former students; they are ambassadors of Indian culture, nurturing tradition in their communities, schools, studios, and international festivals. Many of them are now educators, performers, curators, and changemakers — making meaningful contributions in the fields of music, dance, drama, yoga, visual arts, and more.
This vast alumni network is not just a number. It is the living heartbeat of the Parishad, a testament to the timeless appeal of Indian heritage and our unwavering commitment to pass it on with authenticity, passion, and pride.
As we move forward, this legacy continues to grow — reaching newer hearts, inspiring new generations, and building a cultural bridge between India and the world.
